ITC is suffering like all the tech stocks at the moment....4i index down 15% in a month.
The board meeting fiasco was unfortunate and I don't think it was reported correctly by NBR - from the meeting agenda it seemed that they were setting a max of $150k total directors fees but this was reported as $150k each. It will be interesting to see the new report Jeff Dittus refers to.

I look forward to their interim report due in December.
