Just to keep you all in the loop.
Today, CommSoft Group received confirmation of the Australian Stock
Exchange's approval for it to list on the ASX and we expect trading to
commence on Tuesday September 19.
The share offer, which was underwritten by UBS Warburg Australia Limited,
has been fully subscribed which bodes well for the share price over the
months ahead.
Tomorrow, notices of entitlement will be sent to those who applied for
shares confirming they are shareholders.
A further update will follow shortly.
