My parents retired from pharmacy life about 30 years ago and my mother often
comments how glad she is not to be in it now especially with supermarkets
and gas stations selling so many pharmacy lines at reduced prices so can
sympathize.
I was a hospital tech for some years and that too has changed so
dramatically, not entirely for the better, although having said that the
hospital care that my parents received over the years has always been very
good.
This has nothing to do with Eldercare, sorry - getting away from the
topic....
