[sharechat] Montana can buy Corbans

The Commerce Commission has cleared Montana Group to acquire up to 100% of
the shares in Corbans Wines. Commission CHR John Belgrave said that the
Commission was satisfied that, should the proposal go ahead, Montana would
not acquire or strengthen dominance in any market in New Zealand._
