Residential property developement is pretty cyclical? DTL - havnt heard anything positive about these guys..? FOR - this has gotta be a bargain..cinema going won't die in the short term...also NTA is .39....anybody heard about Peter Francis' plans now?..I heard he wanted to flick FOR off? but I'm not sure if I believe this... NMP - Not sure about these guys. Newmarket is about to undergo substantial development and retail space will be abundant.. NAP - I like this company.
