Well said, Steve.  Any views in support of a stock can be viewed as ramping. 
IMHO it is good to know what others think about a particular stock, either
positive or negative.  Too many contributors have left this forum, for what I
believe, is accusations and attacks on there opinions and/or ideas.  Let us
respect the views of others and get back to the basics of discussing stocks
freely without any fear of the finger being pointed at us.  Otherwise its not
really an open forum?
