[sharechat] CEN share Buyback.

What is the impact of the share buyback on the position of the small investor ?

It would appear that a policy of buyback will support a base share price around $2.60, and that is just fine for now.

However, how does this affect the 40% shareholder, Eddison Mission Energy ?

Does the retirement of bought-back shares make it easier for EME to take majoirity control of the company for very much less than the $5.00 that they originally paid ?
