I am happy with my holding in CNZ for Income purposes. There are no major Institutional investors ( yet), so when the Directors recently tried for a fee increase, the little people were able to have their say. Very satisfying. The properties are largely in wellington, which is not quite so overbuilt as Auckland, and at current prices, the yields are just fine.
