LibertyOne Limited ("LibertyOne") has today become aware of reports
of a possible offer by CyberSentry Inc to acquire all shares in
LibertyOne, via a share exchange.

It is understood that CyberSentry is listed on the American Stock
Exchange and has a current market capitalisation of less than AUD50
million.

LibertyOne has not received any formal correspondence on this
purported offer from CyberSentry.

As a result LibertyOne advises shareholders to TAKE NO ACTION at this
time.
