You're absolutely right about organic farming and the fertiliser
industry. The excessive use of nitrogen fertiliser has become
scandalous. When cows start dying of nitrate poisoning alarm bells
should be ringing everywhere but noone wants to know. The farming
industry sells itself as having a sustainable agriculture based on
clover and rye but it has become a lie. New Zealand could fill the
international niche market for organic products but it won't happen, I
