Hi Warner,
I noted in a recent article in Headliner the following, "the capital
market seems to have mistakenly expected a full selldown (through
a trade sale) to lead to FCF's inevitable delisting. But it is equally
likely says Deutsche Securities that recapitalisation and or partial
asset sale will keep the stock on the main board of the NZSE."

Also, "At this stage working out which bids will be made for what
bits and at what price...is a complete lottery. But we believe a total
selldown has less than 50% liklihood of being the final outcome."

If this happened, where does the small holder stand with getting in
on the action under current NZSE takeover rules?

Or am I being unnecessarily cynical??
Regards,
Moose
