[sharechat] Fletcher Challenge, Hoggard & insider trading

To look back on past events, and to try to apply analysis to to known facts, requires a philosophical framework.

Two of the most widely applied philosophies of historical analysis are;

The conspiracy theory, and

The cockup theory.

My understanding of the known facts of Mr. Hoggard's trading of Fletcher Challenge shares inclines me to support the cockup theory.
