Warner, you can call Bingo!
Everything you've written above is wrong.  Candidate C won his medal in WW-I
for bravery in the front line.  He had a number of dogs.  He didn't smoke
and in fact organised the worlds first government sponsored anti-smoking
campaign.  He was only a very occasional beer drinker.  He had a number of
girlfriends/mistresses and his completeness or otherwise was an enemy war
propaganda myth, unprovable either way.

P.S.  Isn't there some Internet law about the probability of Hitler
appearing in any thread ?
