NZ Stock Exchange calls on Govt to put funds into catching inside traders
in order to wipe out the practise 
 
The New Zealand Stock Exchange wants the Government to put more funds into
catching inside traders, to try to wipe out the practise.

The Securities Council has found former Fletcher Challenge chairman Kerry
Hoggard breached an important law when he bought Fletcher Challenge shares
on the eve of a major company announcement.
