Ben, are you able to tell us what advice you receive when you get it? I'm sure we'd all be very interested to hear what rights we have, what responsibilities Sharechat has and what responsibilities we have, especially in terms of the following: How can we ensure that the statements we make attract the defence of fair comment? How can we ensure that the statements we make attract the defence of honest opinion? Can we possibly attract the defence of qualified privilege for commenting in an appropriate forum in the public interest? Will a simple retraction serve to prevent a defamation suit, and if so, how quick does it need to be? Look forward to you giving us some guidelines.
