From the recent news report, I understand that Fletcher Challenge is selling its paper division and the selling of its forests division is imminent. I also learned that possibly energy division would be the next one to be sold.

If all above information is true and if all the selling brings some proceeds to Fletcher Challenge(this is not an unrealistic assumption), then all the proceeds would go into the pockets of Fletcher Building, this would significantly boost FLB's NTA . I won't be surprised to see FLB's share price to be more than doubled in 1-2 years after it books all the proceeds.

Any comments on my thought?
