Frank, 
I will not be surprised at all if Foodland Associated
decides to get rid of its New Zealand operations. I
read in The Independent this week that the company has
reported a 3% drop in 3rd quarter sales despite
"vigorous attempts by its management to improve
returns from the company's underperforming NZ
operations". Apparently too, the decline is the ninth
successive quarterly fall, all the more reason to sell
up I would have to agree with you - especially since
PRG has the lion's share of the retail appliance
market.
