[sharechat] Dot.com, venture capitals, Equity Corp ...... fomula for ???

I remember reading a book about sharemarket that
blindly following the business high fliers and
trusting your money with that glory promises of "good
managements" based on imaginary products will
eventually lead to the failure of your investments.
