Good points:

Infratil is an excellent buy in terms of PE, dividends and NTA.
Why buy SEU when you don't even know what they are doing? seems bizarre to me
Brokers are the last place to go for information, this is what confounds me. Brokers exist to transact shares. End of story.

I would however say thanks to Sarah for pointing out the focus of the forum on what I call 'dodgy' shares.
