[sharechat] Announcement - Stocktake

Hi Everyone,

I'm pleased to announce the start of a new column on ShareChat -
"Stocktake," by Frank Fernandez.

Many of you will know Frank from his postings to the forum - and his
excellent recommendations.

To kick off this new feature, Frank analyses GDC and asks the if it
represents "A flight to quality for investors?".
