I'm getting a little confused here - I distinctly remember reading that
both FLP and Norske each entered into a $200 million bond to prove
they were both serious which they won't want to throw away.
Are we talking about the FLP takeover by Norske as below which is
rather hard to believe won't proceed or are we talking about a putative
takeover bid for FFS which is a different company?
I think maybe some contributors have been talking at cross purposes
hence the heat instead of light.
