[sharechat] Software Programs

Any views on software investment programs ie.Trader Systems International option trading or United Trust Apogee Inv. Program using Henley Global Inv. data supply?I gather these things are tech only,can they possibly have fundamental input?Are they a case of barge poles,and would a fool and his money!!!!!!!
