SINGAPORE: VIRGIN TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS ON SIA LINK (Reuters) -
Virgin Group will make several major announcements as early as April 
including news on a possible Singapore Airlines' (SIA) stake in its 
Australian operations, a company executive said.
"The group will be making several large-scale announcements soon. They won't 
be forthcoming in March but may be made in April," Andrew Craissati, 
chairman of Virgin (Asia) Management Ltd told Reuters by telephone.
Craissati, in Singapore to set up the group's regional headquarters, was 
responding to queries on the progress of talks on a potential alliance 
between SIA and Virgin in Australia.
