Sorry Phil I agree with Will on this one.   Put your reply after

Only if the part of the post that is not relevent to your reply 
hasn't been deleted.   Anything not directly relevant to your 
response should not be repeated in the reply.

I might add one more request.  Please  turn off your HTML format text 
when posting here please.    It just takes the messages that much 
longer to download with HTML, and it doesn't improve the content.
