The significant announcement made by Spectrum late today ( acquistion of WEL technology, bonus options issue, 7 for 3 rights issue at .5c etc) should add considerable impetus to their share price IMHO.

The terms of the issue are along similar lines to the recent Strathmore issue.

SMR's shareprice surged to over the $1 mark cum their rts issue, and I can't see any reason why SPE should be any different in the current environment.
