[sharechat] SCAM Broker?

A friend of mine rang me to ask advice on a call he received yesterday from a Melanie Brooker (purportedly from a US broking firm called Dukes & Co), trying to persuade him to purchase 10k worth of shares @$9 in a company called Digital Information & Graphics (DIGS), the share price of which was to 'go through the roof'.

This is obviously some type of scam.

I can't find anything on the web.

Anybody heard of this outfit?
