How do I find what specific companies make up a sector index?

There is similar information about the Australian market at

There are no funds in NZ that track sectorial indices. There are 3 index funds. They are the TeNZ index fund which tracks the NZSE10 Index, OZY which tracks the Australian 20 Leaders Index and WinZ, which tracks an Merrill Lynch International market index.
