Baycorp is one of two companies contracted to provide commission-based debt collection services for Telstra. The contract begins on August 1.
"This is a strong endorsement of the relationship we have with Telstra and confirms our capability and credibility in the Australian receivables management sector," Keith McLaughlin, Baycorp's managing director, said.
"This is a terrific boon for our Collection Services business unit, which became fully part of the Baycorp Advantage Group in June this year," he said.
"We have ambitious growth plans for this part of our business, and this is a significant step towards achieving those targets."
