The New Zealand dollar edged lower in subdued trading amid the US Thanksgiving holiday.  The kiwi traded at 64.14 US cents at 8am in Wellington from 64.22 cents yesterday, sticking to the tight trading range of the past week. The trade-weighted index was at 71.15 from 71.24.  US markets were c...
