Nuplex Industries has announced the appointment of Jeremy (Jerry) Maycock as an independent, non-executive director, with effect from September 1.
Brisbane-based Maycock is currently chairman of AGL Energy and Port of Brisbane and sits on the Advisory Council of the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales.
Nuplex chairman Rob Aitken said, "We are delighted Jerry Maycock has agreed to join the Nuplex board. Jerry's considerable international management and corporate governance expertise will enable him to make a significant contribution to Nuplex's continued growth and success as a major global resins and specialities group."
