In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a) New Zealand King Salmon advises that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Clark has resigned.
New Zealand King Salmon CEO and Managing Director Grant Rosewarne commented, “on behalf of the Board and the whole New Zealand King Salmon team, I thank Andrew for the outstanding contribution he has made to our company. Among his many achievements, most notable was leading us to become a publicly listed company. This has had many benefits, including access to equity funding, more transparency, the opportunity for greater NZ beneficial ownership and improved social license. Andrew has also made important contributions to our business strategy, from its crafting to implementation, helping to make NZ King Salmon a more profitable and resilient company, plus overseeing the executive efforts and resources employed towards health, safety and risk activities advancing to now best practice.”
Andrew’s last day with the Company will be 6 April 2021.
New Zealand King Salmon has commenced an executive search to replace Mr Clark and will provide a further market update in due course.
