On Tuesday North increased its restricted transfer price to an upper limit of $3.50, but this was trumped later in the day by Dunedin-based PPCS, which changed its offer to between $3.10 and $3.65.
North Meats has now further increased its offer to the same range as that being offered by PPCS.
North says any restricted transfers under the new price will begin June 8, although transfers may also occur in accordance with the original notices. Those notices were to commence June 6.
Both North Meats and PPCS have said they wish to take a 60% holding in Richmond.
