The online betting company says it now has a customer base of more than 18,000 people from 70 countries, and had over 800,000 bets placed online in the past 12 months. It says that represents a wagering increase of over 220%.
eBet says August wagering turnover has also been strong, with last Saturday's the highest one day total yet.
The company is picking the growth will continue as interest in online race and sports betting is stimulated by the major Spring Racing Carnival and significant sporting events including local and international rugby union, rugby league, and the start of the cricket season.
Managing director, Keith Cullen, says the US holds further growth opportunities.
" With live beta-testing now complete on our US race betting service, eBet USA, we expect our online division to continue to develop strongly."
