SkyCity Entertainment Group said James Burrell will take over as chief financial officer from July 1, and Stuart Wing took up the role of chief operating officer of the company's Auckland property in March.
Burrell is a chartered accountant from the United Kingdom who previously worked for private equity firm Permira.
Wing was most recently managing director of Tabcorp's Jupiters Hotel and Casino on the Gold Coast.
