TEM - Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Company's Board has agreed to reduce the number of Shares in Treasury to approximately 6% of the current Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares), by cancelling 43,825,895 of the Shares held in Treasury today.

 

Following this cancellation, the Company's share capital consists of 1,026,490,854 Shares in issue and 60,000,000 Shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights of the Company remain unchanged at 1,026,490,854.
