Stride Property Group is pleased to announce the opening of its $40 million share purchase plan which forms part of its $220 million capital raising announced on 25 November 2020. Stride has the ability to accept additional applications at its discretion.
Eligible shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand will receive their personalised application forms to apply for up to a maximum of $50,000 of new stapled securities per shareholder at an issue price equal to the lower of:
(a) $2.14 per new stapled security (being the same issue price as the placement undertaken on 25 November 2020); and
(b) a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average market price of Stride's stapled securities traded on NZX over the five business day period to and including the closing date of the share purchase plan.
The share purchase plan offer document, together with an application form, will be sent to eligible shareholders today and will also be available to eligible shareholders at www.shareoffer.co.nz/stride from today. Online applications are strongly encouraged and can be made at www.shareoffer.co.nz/stride until 5.00pm NZT on 9 December 2020.
If scaling of the share purchase plan is required, it will be done with reference to shareholders’ existing shareholdings at 5.00pm NZT on the record date of 24 November 2020.
