NZX has appointed Robyn Dey as acting corporate counsel as she provides parental leave cover for NZX Corporate Counsel Rachael Newsome.
Dey has been a senior solicitor at NZX since March 2006 and prior to that served on secondment as NZX corporate counsel in 2004.
She is a director of NZ Clearing Corporation and has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer, primarily in the areas of capital raising, company and securities law.
