Dorchester Pacific has announced two new senior appointments to its management team.
Barbara Badish has been appointed to the role of group financial controller and Mark Richardson is to take responsibility for the recruitment and management of Dorchester’s sales force and provide business development support for the savings and insurance business.
"Following the appointment in September of Greg Main to the role of general manager, insurance and lending, these latest two appointments complete the management structure we had planned following our recent successful capital reconstruction and capital raising," Dorchester CEO Paul Byrnes said.
"I am delighted at the very high calibre of executives we have attracted to the business and the depth and breadth of experience we now have within our senior management team."
Badish has held senior management positions in the financial services and banking sector in New Zealand and overseas with companies including KMPG, HSBC and Geneva Finance and joins Dorchester on December 1.
Richardson has extensive sales and marketing experience at general manager level including four years as global business development manager at 42 Below and begins his new role in the New Year.
