Just Life Group Limited (NZX: JLG) Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Just Life Group Limited are pleased to confirm the payment of a net fully imputed final dividend of 1.4 cents per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2021. The total net fully imputed dividend declared for the year ended 30 June 2021 was 2.4 cents per share.

The record date will be 30 November 2021, ex-date 29 November 2021 and the payment date 7 December 2021.

The Distribution Notice detailing the full details of the dividend is attached.

The company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) where shareholders can elect to receive their dividends in shares in lieu of cash dividends. The DRP issue price is determined according to the weighted average sale price for all the Company’s ordinary shares sold on the NZX on the ten Business Days before the relevant Record Date, less a discount of 2.5%.

The Harvard Group has advised it will be fully participating in the DRP.
