Acting chairwoman of Pumpkin Patch Jane Freeman is taking the role on permanently.
Former chairman Greg Muir did not seek re-election at the annual shareholders' meeting on November 23 last year.
Freeman has held a number of senior roles in businesses, including Telecom, ASB and Bank Direct, and is a director of Air New Zealand, Delegats Group and a previous director of Sky City Entertainment Group.
