Impey joins Pumpkin Patch board

Veteran broadcast media boss Brent Impey has been appointed to the board of Pumpkin Patch, the company announced to the NZX today.

Most recently the chief executive of TV3 and RadioLive network owner, MediaWorks NZ, Impey will join the Pumpkin Patch board as an independent non-executive director.

Impey is also a director of Hutchwilco NZ Limited, Devon Funds Management, Fred Hollows Australia, and Fred Hollows Foundation (NZ), where he has been chairman for 12 years.

Impey's experience in developing and managing multiple brands across markets will be very valuable to to Pumpkin Patch as it develops that brand and its recently announced childrenswear brand in global markets," said chairman Greg Muir.
