Online process management specialist Promapp Solutions has made two new appointments to its team on the back of recent business growth.
Julie Dunn is joining the Promapp team in the newly formed principal consultant role, responsible for leading the company's post-sales delivery arm and working closely with the existing client base.
Most recently employed with LexisNexis, Dunn is a senior manager with extensive experience in the delivery of complex programmes and all levels of business to business implementations.
She has led significant IT projects in the United Kingdom and New Zealand for companies including Barclays Capital, Bell Gully, Air New Zealand and Vector.
Jamie Goldsmith is also joining Promapp's Auckland-based team in the new technical product support analyst role.
Goldsmith has spent the last three years with Vodafone in a variety of specialist technical roles. In his new role he will manage the testing programme, the hosting environment for SaaS clients, together with full technical support for the growing suite of Promapp's online process improvement solutions.
The Auckland-based Promapp team works with clients across Australasia, Europe, and North America.
