Outgoing AXA New Zealand chief executive Ralph Stewart is to be a non-executive director on the boards of AMP Services (NZ) and AMP Superannuation (NZ), the main operating entities of AMP's New Zealand business.
The merger of AMP and AXA took effect on March 31. The board appointments were announced today by AMP Financial Services NZ boss Jack Regan, who is leading the merged business.
