Jane Freeman has resigned as a director at Sky City Entertainment (NZX: SKC ).
Freeman, who joined the board in early 2008 and has cited personal reasons for her departure.
Sky City chairman Rod McGeoch says Freeman made a valuable contribution to the board, including chairing the Human Resources Committee.
Freeman previously held senior marketing and management positions at Telecom's esolutions, BankDirect, Clear and ASB Bank where she was marketing manager.
She is currently a director on the boards of three other listed companies; Air New Zealand, Delegats Wines, and Pumpkin Patch.
