Jasons publishes 6 million copies of its travel listings guides a year and operates a website of the same name. Its shares trade on the NZAX market, where it has traded at 75 cents since August 12, when it dropped 2 cents from 77 cents. The stock has fallen 22% this year.
In June, the company reported net income in the 12 months ended March 31 rose 35% to NZ$982,000.
