The board of OMFinancial has announced John Ford is stepping down as managing director on 25 March after seven years in the role.
He will be replaced by Brian Watt, who chairman Colin Churchouse said, "has extensive banking experience both offshore and in New Zealand, most recently as a senior member of BNZ Partners."
Ford will continue to be associated with OMF through his shareholding and will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
