Sharon Daniels, a founder and shareholder of Diligent Board Member Services, has stepped down as the US marketing chief of the company that offers online services to boards of directors.
“Sharon Daniels is no longer chief marketing officer of the company,” it said in a brief statement to the NZX today. Diligent has hired Yankee Hill Company “to manage the day to day marketing functions.”
“Daniels is one of the founders of the company and she has worked hard to ensure the success of the company,” it said. A spokesman wasn’t immediately available give more information.
Daniels owned about 7.6% of Diligent as at April last year, according to a filing. The shares rose 1.6% to 65 cents today.
