Hesketh Henry has appointed Stephen Layburn as a Partner in the corporate and commercial team.

Layburn’s principal areas of expertise are commercial and business law with a particular focus on corporate advisory, transactional (M&A), securities markets, venture capital and private equity matters. He has also advised on regulatory and governance matters and has advised clients in sectors including energy, horticulture, mining and technology.
“I believe that Hesketh Henry, as a leading medium-sized law firm, commands a special position in the Auckland law scene,” said Layburn.
