The trustee and wealth management company Guardian Trust has appointed Philip Morgan Rees to the role of Head of Distribution.
Morgan Rees has responsibility for leadership of the company's national office network and development of its personal customer strategy.
Morgan Rees has extensive strategic and operational experience gained in leading financial service organisations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
For the past year he has been Head of Product Management and Marketing at Guardian Trust, a role he combined with his position as Head of Product Management for Suncorp Life NZ Investments & Superannuation.
Morgan Rees has been with the Suncorp Group since 2008, when he joined from Craigs Investment Partners.
"Phil's appointment is a major step forward in our growth and business development aspirations for Guardian Trust's personal business lines," says Guardian Trust Managing Director, Greg Campbell.
"He brings a wealth of business development, client management, product and leadership abilities. I am delighted with his appointment."
