Top five developers

Friday 15th December 2000

Text too small?
1. AMP: Botany Downs, the controversial PWC Centre, The Hubb, the massive Manukau Supa Centre - and that's just this year alone.

2. NEWCREST: Rising star did Vodafone on Auckland's College Hill, launched a fantastic looking development on the last Maritime Sq site, and an apartment conversion in Wellington.

3. AXIS PROPERTY GROUP: Anyone who picks up Eric Watson's property portfolio has to be a sharp operator. Good eye for adding value.

4. WESTMARK GROUP/MISSION CORP: Auckland's swanky new Chancery retail development - well targeted and nicely put together.

5. ANDREW KRUKZIENER: With his Houdini-like abilities he had an interesting year. Next year? Let's just wait and see what happens with the Metropolis bond issue in May.
